Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our integrated health team providing care to patients in the Yakima Valley. As a Pharmacist at Yakima Neighborhood Health Services, you will work closely with medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health personnel to provide therapeutic care. Responsibilities include patient education and counseling, collaborative drug therapy management, ordering and monitoring lab tests, prescription quality assurance, and assisting in efficient and creative service delivery.

Requirements- A minimum of a BS degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy and a Washington State license.
