Client Relations Manager

This role requires exceptional communication skills, creative energy, drive, and the ability to manage multiple accounts at once. The ideal candidate should excel at thinking strategically and building solid client relationships while possessing a strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and social media. Understanding the basic fundamentals of agency life, including the speed of work and interdepartmental collaboration is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Lead several accounts at once, developing strong relationships with clients and all points of contact
- Adapt easily to change in a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on client satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage expectations and deliverables with the project manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or digital marketing and advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
