We are a family-owned business with a strong presence in the market, and our agency continues to grow. With sales of over 30,000 vehicles a year and service centers that service hundreds of thousands of customer vehicles annually, we have a robust pipeline of leads for our team.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and be a strong leader. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Hiring and Training: Attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead Management: Strategically manage leads to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and vendors.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Minimum 3 years independent agency experience with a wide range of personal lines policies
  • Management Experience
  • Knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Products
