Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team in Royal City, WA. As a sales agronomist, you will be responsible for engaging directly with farmers, ranchers, and producers, showcasing the benefits of our crop protection, crop nutrients, seed products, and other essential services.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to achieve retail sales goals and execute sales
- Utilize fundamental sales principles and practices to improve sales, marketing, and consulting skills
- Develop customer lists to include current and prospective customers
- Prepare basic, and assist with moderate to complex, bids and proposals
- Build customer relationships by providing proactive service through identifying customer needs and responding promptly

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or GED
- Knowledge of Sales or Business Development
- Bachelor's degree preferred in agriculture, business, or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
