As an Agronomy Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging directly with farmers, ranchers, and producers to showcase the benefits of our crop protection, crop nutrients, seed products, and other essential services. Your mission is to make impactful on-the-farm sales presentations that drive success for our local producers.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team in Royal City, WA. If you have a strong mathematical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for agriculture, this could be your ideal opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to achieve retail sales goals and execute sales.
  • Utilize fundamental sales principles and practices to improve sales, marketing, and consulting skills.
  • Act on opportunities or pass them on to more experienced staff members and shadow the process.
  • Develop customer lists to include current and prospective customers.
