- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key figures in the youth sports community, such as event organizers and decision-makers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the sports industry.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
