Retail Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales floor associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach sales floor associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- 1 year experience in retail leadership role
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, email, and telephone
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
