Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers is seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee restaurant operations and contribute to the success of our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, motivating team members, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on a competitive pay scale and the need for experienced leaders in the restaurant industry.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
  • Providing guidance and feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting operational expectations.
  • Assisting management with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Implementing company initiatives and policies to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Team Leader, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience in a guest-focused business, such as retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
  • Natural leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starting personality with an even disposition, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to use a point-of-sale system and other technology to manage restaurant operations.
