Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Manager to join our clinical operations team. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Behavioral Health Clinicians, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. This is a full-time remote role based in Denver, CO, and requires a strong background in behavioral health, clinical operations, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of Behavioral Health Clinicians to deliver high-quality care to patients.
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical programs and services.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to inform quality improvement initiatives and drive exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, local providers, and health plans to ensure seamless care coordination.
- PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC, or RN with active license in the state of Colorado or Michigan.
- 5+ years of experience in assessing, provisional diagnosis, planning, and managing behavioral patient care.
- 5+ years of experience working in high-risk populations with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
- 2+ years of experience in directly managing employees.
- Expertise with DSM5 diagnostic criteria and highly skilled in trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive care.
- 1+ years of experience in Collaborative Care (CoCM) model.
- 2+ years in care/case management role preferably in an ambulatory care or community service provider managing high-risk populations with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
- 5+ years of experience in directly managing behavioral health employees.
