Job Title: Advanced Behavior Interventionist

Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Behavior Interventionist to join our team. As a key member of our Autism Innovation in Motion (AIM) program, you will play a vital role in providing intensive one-to-one and group therapy to children with autism.

Job Summary:

This is a salaried position that provides clinical supervision and oversight of entry-level Behavior Interventionists. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a human service field or be in a master's program of this nature. Holding a BCBA credential and two years of experience would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the provision of intensive one-to-one and group therapy to children with autism under our Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention program.
  • Provide observation and direction of programming, bringing leadership to improve learning efficiencies and achieve outcomes that are important to families.
  • Assist in treatment planning and management of outcome data.
  • Provide some direct ABA intervention to children.
  • Work primarily on-site at Solutions' developmental clinic, though some services may occur in-home or other community settings as a means of promoting generalization of learning.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a human service field or in a master's program of this nature.
  • Eligible individuals with a BCBA credential and two years of experience would be preferred.
  • Ability to connect with children and families in a culturally competent manner.
  • Energy, kindness, and patience are essential qualities for this role.
  • Willingness to learn specialized ABA intervention skills and grow in the position.
  • Ability to provide leadership, giving helpful feedback to others implementing interventions for maximal effectiveness.
  • Capacity to work in a brisk clinic setting.
  • Self-starter, team player, and desire to make a difference.
