The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a part-time Gymnastics Lead Instructor to facilitate our gymnastics classes with children in our program. This position starts at $15 per hour.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement a successful, engaging, and fun gymnastics program for participants.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for children.
  • Assist with equipment setup and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children and basic gymnastics knowledge.
  • Ability to demonstrate spotting techniques and other skills.
  • Physical ability to move equipment and respond to emergency situations.
