Responsibilities- Assisting residents in various healthcare settings
- Supporting residents with mobility, personal hygiene, feeding, and daily living activities
- Monitoring residents and communicating any concerns to the nursing team
- Taking vital signs and reporting any irregularities to supervising staff
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residents' living spaces
- Assisting with the transfer of residents between beds, wheelchairs, and examination tables
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents and their families
- Effectively communicating with visitors, family members, and healthcare staff
- Current certification as a Patient Care Assistant
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic nursing procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
