About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hemodialysis Technician to join our team at Princeton Community Hospital Association, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care activities, including personal, physical, and comfort needs, under the supervision of a registered professional nurse.
  • Assist with admission, transfer, discharge, and general patient care duties.
  • Record vital signs, assist with personal hygiene, and provide other patient comfort measures.
  • Assist with specimen collection and other activities as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment to prevent and control infections and ensure patient safety.
  • Communicate effectively with RN regarding patient needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date.
  • Prior patient care experience preferred.
Working Environment

This role requires working closely with others, protracted or irregular hours, and exposure to biohazards and infectious diseases.
