Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our innovation efforts at Pima Community College. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of innovation across the college, driving innovation projects and programs, and fostering partnerships with the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy to drive college-wide innovation and entrepreneurship
  • Lead the development and launch of new innovation initiatives and programs
  • Collaborate with college departments and external partners to identify and pursue innovation opportunities
  • Manage and coordinate innovation-related events, workshops, and training programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and community partners
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of innovation initiatives and programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in program management, innovation, or a related field
  • One to three years of supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated experience in innovation and entrepreneurship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Five to eight years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, or a related field
