ROLE SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, the Culinary Preparation Specialist is responsible for preparing a variety of food items, including meats, seafood, poultry, sauces, stocks, and breads, utilizing various kitchen equipment and utensils as per the Daily Prep List.

This role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing assistance to colleagues as necessary.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The position requires effective communication skills to collaborate with management and kitchen staff.
