Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Registered Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition department, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized medical nutrition therapy and collaborating with other disciplines to optimize nutrition care and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and provide input into Nutritional Support Service rounds.
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans, including recommendations for formulations, rate, and volume for tube-fed and TPN patients.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and families on special diets and general nutrition principles.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • 1 year of clinical nutrition experience as a Registered Dietitian required.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) accredited program required.
  • Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.
