We are seeking a Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Hobby Lobby. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customer service experience, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with store management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
We offer a competitive salary range of $19.25-$20.25 per hour for full-time positions and $15.00-$16.00 per hour for part-time and seasonal roles.
