About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Client Services and Delivery to join our team at Synergy Interactive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic direction for delivery and client service, aligning with our overall company vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Develop and execute strategic plans for delivery and client service, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, representing our teams, brand, and ways of working.
  • Agile Project Management: Lead Agile project teams and develop client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, lead, and grow senior business development teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
  • Communication and Storytelling: Develop and deliver impactful communications and presentations to engage and persuade stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executive leadership.
  • Proposal Evaluation and Development: Evaluate proposals, identify opportunities, and address concerns, ensuring commercial objectives are met without compromising quality.
  • Client Growth and Development: Grow accounts, understand client life cycles, and offer long-term value, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Delivery and Project Management: Guide teams in delivering complex digital products on time and within budget, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Work closely with various disciplines and foster a learning mindset, promoting cross-discipline and cross-studio collaboration.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Coach teams on converting opportunities into active work, leveraging team strengths for optimal results, and mentor team members, championing a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven success in setting strategic direction for delivery and client service, leading Agile project teams, and developing client relationships.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage, lead, and grow senior business development teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
  • Communication and Storytelling: Strong ability to develop and deliver impactful communications and presentations to engage and persuade stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders, representing teams, brand, and ways of working.
  • Agile Project Management: Proven ability to lead Agile project teams and develop client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
