About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations at Call Your Mother Deli. Key Responsibilities
  1. Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our deli, including managing kitchen staff, front-of-house service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including managing inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  5. Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the deli, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  6. Compliance: Ensure that the deli is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment, and tax laws.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced deli or café environment.
