New Home Sales Representative Opportunity
Richmond American Homes invites driven and goal-oriented individuals to become a part of our team as Sales Career Development Professionals. This exceptional career opportunity allows you to control your personal income potential, reaching six figures plus.
You will participate in the Richmond American Homes Peak Sales Training program, which includes:
- Initial orientation
- Richmond American Way Training
- Systems training
- Job shadowing
- Selling
The training is designed for all skill levels, with the primary focus on receiving and implementing on-the-job training to graduate from the program within four to ten weeks.
Job Overview:
This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining open communication with colleagues and leadership. You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, understand customer needs, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and complete training sessions
- Network and build relationships with customers
- Analyze market data to inform business decisions
- Stay organized and manage competing priorities
- Promote company products and services
- Meet performance goals and targets
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work weekends
- A Real Estate License is required in all states EXCEPT CO, MD, TX & VA
- Previous high-end sales experience, preferred
- Ability to connect with people and develop and maintain professional relationships
- Action-oriented individuals with the drive to push sales to successful closure
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation, as driving within a community and to other communities is an essential function of this position
- All new hires will attend a week of sales training at our corporate office in Denver, CO during the first month of employment. Details will be discussed at time of offer.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $25.00 per hour while in the training program
- Estimated Annual Compensation with Commissions: $115,000 - $150,000
