Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team on a full-time basis. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating and toileting
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Participate in patient and family education, as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- CNA license (required)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 per hour
