Clinical Educator

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical education team as a Clinical Educator - Home Health and Hospice. This is a full-time position located at our Meridian Campus, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Educator - Home Health and Hospice will be responsible for supporting continued clinical learning for onboarding, orientation, education, preceptor preparation, ongoing competency, professional development, and supporting students in Home Health and Hospice. This role will also support evidence-based practice for Home Health and Hospice.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for Home Health and Hospice staff
- Provide clinical guidance and support to Home Health and Hospice staff
- Collaborate with the Home Health and Hospice team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conduct regular competency assessments and provide feedback to staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Home Health and Hospice
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- 4 years of related Registered Nurse experience, including Home Health and Hospice experience
- RN licensure in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification
