Ursus Inc is seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for delivering programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget while managing moderate-risk factors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in program-level strategic planning and complex issue resolution with executive management
  • Manage internal teams and contractors to ensure successful project delivery and system enhancements
  • Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, time estimating, and budget management
  • Facilitate customer interactions and communications across multiple organizational levels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience developing software devices and familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • Proven people management and team-building skills
  • Technical experience alongside project management experience
  • Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a developer, QA engineer, software engineer, software test manager, or quality program manager
  • Background in memory or testing, such as AOSP programming
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing competing priorities in a changing environment
