About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer I to join our team at The Heico Companies. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in solving complex problems and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the preparation of formwork/framework layout drawings in Autodesk Revit.
  • Analyze and design Formwork to ensure efficient construction processes.
  • Support the project team in establishing project schedules and work tasks.
  • Monitor the safety, cost, and scheduling of construction projects.
  • Optimize formwork designs and collaborate with the material coordinator to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance project procurement opportunities.
  • Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned to support the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Architectural Engineering.
  • No experience necessary, but construction experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to read and understand drawings.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
