We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer I to join our team at The Heico Companies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in the design and implementation of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the preparation of formwork/framework layout drawings in Autodesk Revit.
- Analyze and design formwork to ensure efficient construction processes.
- Support the project team in establishing project schedules and work tasks.
- Monitor the safety, cost, and scheduling of construction projects.
- Optimize formwork designs and collaborate with the material coordinator to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance project procurement opportunities.
- Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned to support the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Architectural Engineering.
- No experience necessary, but construction experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
