Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Present medication to patients and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
  • Take vital signs and observe patients to detect response to medication, reporting any reactions.
  • Restock medication inventories and ensure resident safety by identifying potential hazards and emergency situations.
