About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing dialysis care to patients in skilled nursing facilities. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working independently, and collaborating with cross-functional resources to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, and implementing care plans
  • Work autonomously, making sound decisions, and troubleshooting issues related to dialysis treatment
  • Partner with skilled nursing facility staff to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Conduct impactful patient education, leveraging your expertise as a nurse educator
  • Supervise dialysis technicians, ensuring they deliver optimal care and meet capacity and efficiency goals
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum 12 months of RN experience, with a focus on chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, and/or peritoneal dialysis
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N)
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
