We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of our dialysis facilities and the supervision of nursing personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Management: Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of dialysis treatments to all patients, in accordance with DCI policies and procedures.
- Nursing Supervision: Supervise and develop nursing personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement standards of care, in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, and DCI's Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
- Training and Development: Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff, in collaboration with the nurse educator.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment technicians to ensure seamless patient care and unit operations.
- Competitive Compensation: Pay range from $140,000-$157,500 annually, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.
