Job Description

Job Title: Executive Coordinator

Location: Wheat Ridge, CO

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $55-$65K per year

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative and coordinator support to the key executive responsible for sales, marketing, operations, and personnel.
  2. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across sales, marketing, operations, and personnel.
  3. Conduct market research and compile data to support sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.
  4. Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  5. Oversee the organization and maintenance of filing systems and records.
  6. Ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
  7. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  3. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
