About the Position:

We are seeking an exceptional Grant Operations Specialist to support our equitable grant making strategy and data maintenance and analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in grant management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $65,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement grant-making strategies in the online system (Fluxx)
  • Collaborate with the consultation team on compliance documentation
  • Prepare documentation for review and produce training materials for effective system use
  • Maintain and analyze programmatic data
  • Ensure evaluation plans are followed
  • Conduct and report on systems and process audits
  • Manage a CRM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience and interest in understanding social determinants of health, health equity, and a commitment to advancing equity in communities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, especially data management experience
  • Able to develop and sustain working partnerships with funders, partner organizations, auditors, and staff
