Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Client Relationship Management team, responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and other decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform account strategy and optimize results
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of B2B field sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • 2-4 years of experience in the telecom, software, or technology industry
  • Strong business planning and strategy skills, with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
