Key Responsibilities:
  • Review the daily production schedule for screen creation at the start of each shift
  • Confirm the availability of all required materials and supplies
  • Design and prepare screens for our printing equipment
  • Stretch and prepare screens for optimal performance
  • Process Film Positives for screen creation
  • Burn screens to achieve desired quality
  • Secure and package screens appropriately
  • Reclaim screens for reuse
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor
  • Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on equipment
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong mechanical skills and understanding
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, process maintenance, and cleaning standards
  • No physical limitations, including color vision
  • Ability to remain standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations
