About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Bridgeline Staffing. As a contracted SLP, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a dynamic and supportive school district in Seattle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans to address student goals.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy services to students individually and in group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Progress Monitoring and Record-Keeping: Regularly monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Licensure and Experience: State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and commitment to providing high-quality services to students.
