Market Development Representative

Spindrift is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth and market share for our Spindrift Spiked Sparkling Water product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage Spindrift Spiked Sparkling Water in the Chicago market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize distribution and visibility in the market
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Demonstrated sales record and success working with distributors
  • Self-motivated with a proven history of delivering against KPIs
  • Proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organization skills and strong attention to detail
