- The Speech Language Pathologist delivers exceptional rehabilitation services to clients under the guidance of a physician and in cooperation with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team.
- Conducts therapy sessions and shares details regarding the treatment strategy with nursing staff and other team members to ensure a collaborative approach.
- Records therapy services in compliance with Medicare Regulations.
- Available to travel within a 30-mile radius for therapy coverage as needed (Mileage/time reimbursed).
- Float therapists may be required to provide services at any LifeSpan/Cardon community (travel time reimbursed).
