Job Summary:

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist to join our Radiology team at MSK Bergen. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, diagnostic CT procedures, and x-ray with minimal supervision on patients as directed by a Nuclear Medicine physician or a radiologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, diagnostic CT procedures, and x-ray with minimal supervision on patients as directed by a Nuclear Medicine physician or a radiologist.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of imaging procedures, maintaining high-quality images and patient care.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and imaging services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, maintaining expertise in PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine.

Requirements:

  • Diploma from a Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or Radiological program ARRT(N) approved by JCERT.
  • ARRT(N) or CNMT Certification.
  • CT Certification required.
  • NJS License required.
  • Dual License (RT) in PET and CT Preferred.
  • Graduate of approved radiography program (ARRT (R)) Preferred.
  • GE PET/CT Experience a plus.

Pay Range:

$60.00-$74.00/hr.
