A Room Attendant is primarily tasked with ensuring that guest accommodations, corridors, and communal areas within the hotel are kept clean and visually appealing. This role involves daily servicing of guest rooms in line with hotel protocols, preparing the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, changing bed linens, and restocking guest amenities while adhering to company standards and safety regulations.

Occasionally, this position may also require performing 'deep cleaning' tasks within guest rooms alongside preventative maintenance duties.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related field.


This role demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.

It is essential to convey information and ideas clearly.

Must be capable of assessing and selecting among various courses of action swiftly and accurately.

Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.

Essential Duties:
Engage with all guests and staff in a warm, service-oriented manner.


Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company standards as dictated by scheduling, which may vary based on hotel needs.


Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag while on duty (as per brand standards).

Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Thoroughly clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.

Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including but not limited to preparing the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning products, and linens.

Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

May be required to disassemble furniture or items in guest rooms to facilitate deep cleaning.


Deep cleaning tasks may encompass, but are not limited to, changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and moldings, addressing scratched furniture, or rehanging sliding doors.

Limpiar y surtir totalmente las habitaciones que se requieran en un turno.


Completar todos los deberes de limpieza previa, incluyendo pero sin limitarse a la preparación del carro de limpieza con los artículos para los clientes, productos de limpieza y ropa de cama.

Eliminar todos los desechos y retirar la ropa de cama, toallas y demás artículos sucios de las habitaciones.

Puede ser necesario desmontar muebles o artículos en la habitación de invitados para realizar una limpieza profunda.
