About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sprinkler Apprentice to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our fire protection team, you will play a critical role in the installation of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist foremen in the installation of sprinkler systems, ensuring all safety policies are followed.
  • Maintain proper documentation for work performed and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 70lbs, and perform physical labor as required.
  • Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment.
  • Perform work in a safe and professional manner, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License and dependable means of transportation.
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively in English.
