Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Eureka Ergonomic. This role involves communicating with customers to understand their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Identify customer concerns, collect relevant information, and offer effective solutions
  • Utilize pre-defined scripts for various customer service scenarios
  • Maintain best practices in customer service techniques to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Meet personal and team performance standards
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $37,440 - $44,640, based on a 40-hour workweek and $18-$22 per hour. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
