Position Responsibilities:
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs with meticulous attention to detail and compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to inform case strategies and provide sound legal advice.
  • Support senior attorneys in case management, including preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Prepare witnesses for depositions, ensuring clarity on the process and critical aspects of their testimony. Participate in depositions, analyze transcripts to assess case strengths and weaknesses, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Proactively engage in additional responsibilities pertinent to the associate role, contributing to the overall success of the legal team.
  • Enhance business acumen through mentorship and leveraging the firm's network to cultivate and maintain client relationships, ultimately building a personal client portfolio.

Qualifications:
  • Must be licensed to practice law in PA or NJ
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, or those with some experience in Medical Malpractice
