Who We Are Looking For: The Right Fit

  • At least two years of experience in retail management as an Assistant or Store Manager
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and follow-through abilities
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating a large team
  • Prior experience managing a sales volume of $5 million or greater
