  • Manage fixed assets, amortization schedules, lease accounting, and property tax obligations.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial systems, controls, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, government entities, and other relevant organizations.
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and drive process enhancements.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to elevate business performance.
  • Support various teams and initiatives as directed by senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
