Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a skilled ARCHIBUS Developer to support the Intelligence Community in Laurel, MD. This is an on-site position on a stable prime government contract.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing complex operational software systems, interacting with Government project leadership on priorities, developing task estimates, and providing input to Government roadmaps.

Other key activities include conducting upgrades, debugging existing software, correcting defects; integrating existing software into new or modified systems and operating environments; investigating and analyzing user problems and identifying potential solutions.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • A bachelor's degree and six years of experience in software development/engineering. Ten years of software development experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with JavaScript and XML
  • Understanding of Linux server environment
  • Willingness to embrace challenges and become an expert in the products
  • Experience with COTS integration
  • Experience developing and updating technical documentation
  • Skilled in problem solving and troubleshooting computer systems and software
  • Must be able to work during core hours of 10am-2pm Monday Friday. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Desired Experience

  • Experience closely collaborating with the Government customer
  • Experience managing systems hosted in virtual environments such as AWS or C2S
  • Experience with Java and JavaScript
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL databases
  • Experience or familiarity with ARCHIBUS
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Confluence & Jira
  • Experience with Perceptive Content or any content management or workflow management suite

Clearance Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope poly

Compensation

Full-Time Salary Range: $150k - $190k

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
