Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team on a per diem rotate basis. As a member of our team, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care
  • Supervise staff and ensure competency and quality of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in onboarding process, including background check and pre-employment health screening

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
  • Experience in behavioral health or related field
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
