Job Description

We are seeking a full-time BSN instructor to teach OB and med/surg courses. The ideal candidate will have recent bedside experience in OB and/or med/surg and be able to collaborate with other instructors to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer exams, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate student knowledge and skills.
  • Provide feedback on student performance and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum changes and updates.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of program goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
Qualifications
  • A valid RN license and current CPR certification.
  • A Master's degree in nursing or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in OB and/or med/surg.
  • Clinical expertise in pediatrics and OB/Med Surg.
