Job Title: Electronic Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Banking Specialist to join our team at Adams Community Bank. As an Electronic Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for our digital banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily electronic banking functions, including ACH transactions, online banking, mobile banking, and ATM/ITM operations.
  • Monitor for suspicious or high-risk transactions and work with the Fraud Supervisor as needed.
  • Provide operational support for digital banking products, including online banking, RSA token management, bill pay, debit cards, and printed and electronic statements.
  • Train the Digital Guru team on digital banking products and services.
  • Manage iOpen/eOpen processes, including creating documents and following up with customers.
  • Manage Digital Wallet registration processes.
  • Oversee VRU processes.
  • Provide internal and external support for electronic banking services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic banking or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
