Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Durham

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Durham, NC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical and quality management of client care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical and quality management of client care.
  • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures for client admission, reevaluation, transfer, and discharge.
  • Complete comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and clinical assessments.
  • Participate in staffing, consultation, and clinical case review of complex or high-risk clients.
  • Review laboratory medical tests, dosing regimes, and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Certified by a national accrediting organization.
  • Experience working with the population served.
