We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at True Team Medical in Durham, NC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical and quality management of client care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct clinical and quality management of client care
* Develop and implement internal policies and procedures for client admission, reevaluation, transfer, and discharge
* Identify and implement models of care for age- and diagnosis-specific populations served
* Complete comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and clinical assessments
* Participate in staffing, consultation, and clinical case review of complex or high-risk clients
* Review laboratory medical tests, dosing regimes, and effectiveness
* Demonstrate appropriate utilization of the NC Controlled Substance Reporting System

**Requirements:**

* Licensed by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
* Certified by a national accrediting organization
* Experience working with age- and diagnosis-specific populations
* Strong clinical and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
