Role Overview:
As a vital member of our retreading team, you will contribute to the process of recapping and remolding tires, extending their lifespan and ensuring they are road-ready. In our state-of-the-art retread facilities, you will engage in various stages of the retreading process:
- Inspect tires to determine their suitability for retreading
- Buff the tire casing to eliminate worn tread
- Remove embedded objects and rust, and repair the tire casing
- Utilize rubber cement or patches to fix the casing before applying new tread
- Build the tire by applying fresh tread
- Cure the tire to mold the retread application
- Conduct final inspections to ensure a safe and high-quality product
