Job Summary:

  • Assist surgeons during operations and provide perioperative care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for surgical patients
  • Collaborate with anesthesia providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate patients' preoperative and postoperative needs
  2. Administer medications and perform various tests to assess patients' condition
  3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  4. Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • 1 year of experience in an Operating Room setting
  • Associates degree in nursing
  • Florida state licensure required
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications prior to hire date

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive compensation package includes opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and career advancement.
